PLEASE NOTE: When you bring your children to a Shots for Tots Clinic, be sure to bring all immunization records with you. Having your child's immunization records will mean that you will be able to get through the clinic more quickly AND it will insure that your child receives the correct immunizations. If you do not have a copy of your child's records, and you do have your own doctor, please contact your doctor's office and request a copy of your child's records.
